How this started
A tyre change used to mean booking a slot, driving on a flat or waiting for a recovery truck, then sitting in a waiting room for two hours.
We founded Mobile Tyre Fitting Epsom in 2020 to take that whole trip out of the job. Our fitters are automotive technicians, and the vans carry a jack, a wheel balancer, a calibrated torque wrench and tyre stock — everything a bay would have, minus the bay.Since then the work has spread across Epsom Downs, Ewell, Stoneleigh, Epsom Common and Ashtead: fitting, puncture repairs, replacements, wheel balancing and inspections, plus batteries and jump starts when a cold morning catches someone out.

What we hold ourselves to
Four things decide whether a callout goes well, and none of them is luck. These are the ones we are strict about.
Turn up when we said
You get an arrival window on the call, not a vague morning slot. If traffic breaks it, you get a phone call rather than silence.
Repair before we replace
If a puncture sits in the repairable area, we repair it. Selling a tyre that wasn't needed is the fastest way to lose a customer for good.
Torque to the manufacturer's figure
Wheel nuts go on with a calibrated torque wrench, never a rattle gun by feel. It is the difference between a wheel that stays on and one that doesn't.
Answer the phone at 3am
Nights, Sundays and bank holidays are not an add-on service with a surcharge attached. They are when a lot of this work happens.

People are often surprised that balancing happens at the kerb. It does — the equipment travels, which is the whole point of the service.
